PCA Rotation Matrix (Loadings)

Usage

rotation_matrix(PC_mod)

pca_loadings(PC_mod)

Arguments

PC_mod: A prcomp object.

Value

A tibble of feature loadings onto each principal component, with a feature_num column ("f1", "f2", ...) for compact labeling in pca_eqns.
