For a classifier with more than two levels, dichotomizes each level
against all others in turn and runs single_t_test.
Usage
one_vs_rest_t_test(
.data,
.var,
.class,
.id = NULL,
paired = FALSE,
alternative = "two.sided",
conf.level = 0.95
)Arguments
- .data
A data frame or tibble.
- .var
Name (string) of the continuous column to test.
- .class
Name (string) of a classification column (2+ levels).
- .id
Name (string, optional) of a subject/record identifier column; see
single_t_test. Only meaningful whenpaired = TRUE, and then only for a two-level.class: with three or more levels the pooled "rest" group holds several observations per id, which is an error.- paired
Logical; paired t-test.
- alternative
One of
"two.sided"(default),"greater", or"less".- conf.level
Confidence level for the interval.
