Validate a frame against a scoring pipeline's schema

Returns the numeric matrix restricted to and ordered by the schema, or raises an error whose class includes omop_feature_schema_error.

validate_scoring_input(pipeline, x)

Arguments

pipeline

An omop_scoring_pipeline.

x

Data frame to score.

Value

A numeric matrix with one column per feature, in schema order.
