Arguments

folder: Path to folder containing CSV files.
glob: File glob pattern (default '*.csv').
class_col: Column name or index identifying classes.
code_col: Column name or index identifying codes.
vocabulary_col: Optional column name for vocabulary.
vocabulary_id: Default vocabulary ID.
domain: Domain ID (default 'Drug').
target_vocabulary: Target vocabulary ID (default 'RxNorm').
expand: Hierarchy expansion direction.
include_retired_maps_to: Logical. Include backward maps to.
exclude_dose_forms: Character vector of dose forms to exclude.
combination_policy: Combination policy.
name: Name of engine.
header: Logical. Whether header is present.
...: Additional arguments.

Value

A rollup_engine object.
