- path
Path to Excel workbook (.xlsx / .xls).
- sheet
Sheet name or numeric index (default 1).
- class_col
Column name or index identifying clinical classes.
- code_col
Column name or index identifying concept codes.
- vocabulary_col
Optional column name for vocabulary.
- vocabulary_id
Default vocabulary ID (e.g. 'RxNorm').
- domain
Domain ID (default 'Drug').
- target_vocabulary
Target vocabulary ID (default 'RxNorm').
- expand
Hierarchy expansion direction ('descendants' | 'ancestors' | NULL).
- include_retired_maps_to
Logical. Include backward maps to.
- exclude_dose_forms
Character vector of dose forms to exclude.

Combination policy.

Name of engine.
