Ingest PCORnet facility.csv and/or Seed Primary Institutional Care Site — load_care_site • omopduckdb

Maps facility.csv into the OMOP CDM care_site table if present and/or seeds a root care site for the institution if site_id is supplied.

source_dir: Directory containing PCORnet source CSVs.
site_id: Optional numeric site identifier.
