Usage

import_source_to_concept_map(con, csv_path, default_vocabulary_id = "Local")

Arguments

Active DuckDB connection

csv_path

Path to the CSV file containing custom source-to-concept mappings

default_vocabulary_id

Fallback source_vocabulary_id if not present in CSV

Value

Number of total rows in source_to_concept_map
