Arguments

name: Name of clinical class (e.g. 'Biguanides').
bundle_name: Name of bundled code list (e.g. 'ederri_medications').
resource_name: Optional alias for bundle_name.
class_col: Column name for class filtering.
code_col: Column name for concept code.
vocabulary_col: Column name for vocabulary.
vocabulary_id: Default vocabulary ID.
domain: Domain ID (default 'Drug').
expand: Hierarchy expansion direction.
include_retired_maps_to: Logical. Include backward maps to.
exclude_dose_forms: Character vector of dose forms to exclude.
...: Additional arguments.

Value

A hierarchical_rollup object.
