Queries concept_ancestor to resolve all standard descendants of the specified ancestor concept(s).

Usage

get_concept_descendants(

Arguments

con: Active DuckDB DBI connection.
ancestor_concept_ids: Integer vector of ancestor concept IDs.
include_self: Logical. If TRUE (default), includes 0-level self mappings.
min_levels_of_separation: Integer. Minimum hierarchy separation level (default 0).
max_levels_of_separation: Integer or NULL. Maximum hierarchy separation level.

Value

A data.frame containing descendant concept details.
