Verify DQD Pass-Rate Mathematical Consistency and Reproducibility

Recomputes total checks, passed checks, failed checks, and exact pass rates, validating that reported pass rates step in 1/N increments and match actual counts.

Usage

dqd_summary(results, by_site = TRUE, site_col = "site")

Arguments

results

DQD result list, data frame, or check results table.

by_site

Whether to group results by hospital site (default TRUE).

site_col

Column representing site identifier (default 'site').

Value

A data frame with columns: site, total_checks, passed, failed, not_applicable, pass_rate, flagged, reason.
