Detect physical system RAM

Best-effort, dependency-free detection (PowerShell on Windows, /proc/meminfo on Linux, sysctl / vm_stat on macOS). Mirror of omop_etl.resources.detect_system_ram in Python.

Value

A named numeric vector c(total = <bytes>, available = <bytes>); both NA when undetectable.
