Feature Parity Ledger Comparing Two Derivations
Source:R/reconciliation.R
compare_feature_tables.RdQuantifies standardized mean differences (SMD), correlation, missingness gaps, and variance ratios to validate a new OMOP feature pipeline against an older one.
