Verifies that two DuckDB OMOP instances share identical vocabulary releases.
Usage
check_vocabulary_provenance(con1, con2, vocab_schema = NULL, vocab_db = NULL)
Arguments
- con1
First DuckDB connection.
- con2
Second DuckDB connection.
- vocab_schema
Optional schema or attached database name for vocabulary tables.
- vocab_db
Alias for vocab_schema.
Value
A list with matched (logical) and comparison (data frame).
