Combination Product Disaggregation Audit — audit_combination

Audits medication exposures for a specific OMOP class concept to determine the proportion of patients receiving plain single-ingredient formulations vs fixed-dose combination products.

Usage

Arguments

con: Active DuckDB connection.
class_concept_id: Concept ID(s) of interest (e.g. RxNorm ingredient ID or ATC class concept ID).
cohort_table: Optional cohort table name to restrict exposures to.
vocab_schema: Optional schema containing vocabulary tables.
vocab_db: Optional attached database containing vocabulary tables.

Value

A named list of audit counts and shares.
